Catpid

Catpid is a game project-in-process conceived by a bunch of people scattered between Melbourne and Tokyo.

You, the player, navigate a town of aquatic (mostly fishy) creatures. Every citizen is an aquatic creature of some manner. They walk on twos. Their fins fit into little fish shoes. It's unnerving at a glance, but you've probably waited your whole life for this sort of content.
The catch?
You're a cat who everyone believes is the thief of a cherished town artefact. Go around performing good deeds, earning the citizens' trust, and uncover clues to clear your name!

This project will eventually be an RPG, but gameplay development is currently being done on Twine, an interactive story-telling program.
